Yoga Classes





A creative mix of function and flow. In this class we explore both traditional and non-tradtional ways of getting into and achieving the yoga poses. Working with fundamental alignment principles that support healing and build strength and stability, gently increasing mobility and range of motion in joints. 

Always new inspirations and themes that will inspire the class, including the principles layed out in the 8 limb path of yoga. 

Open to all levels of students, however it is designed to be safe and empowering for students who have an injury or limitation that may cause challenges participating in "regular" yoga classes. It's also great for beginners or students that want a slower paced, therapeutic practice. We use props to help guide us deeper into a pose or for support in restorative poses.

Jeanette is a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years experience which she uses in classwhen doing assists and relaxation techniques.

Jeanette is Kripalu trained, but has many other influences including Shiva Rae and the work of Anusara that really come through in her yoga classes which incorporate a balance between alignment and flow.
