Align Yoga
Monday & Wednesday (9:30-11am)  
Level 1-2
A creative mix of function and flow. In this class we explore both traditional and non-tradtional ways of getting into and achieving the yoga poses. Working with fundamental alignment principles that support healing and build strength and stability, gently increasing mobility and range of motion in joints. 
Always new inspirations and themes that will inspire the class, including the principles layed out in the 8 limb path of yoga. 
Open to all levels of students, however it is designed to be safe and empowering for students who have an injury or limitation that may cause challenges participating in "regular" yoga classes. It's also great for beginners or students that want a slower paced, therapeutic practice. We use props to help guide us deeper into a pose or for support in restorative poses.
Vinyasa Flow Level-2+ 
Tuesday & Thursday  (4:30-5:30pm)
This dynamic practice combines strength and power with a focus on freeing the mind through emphasis on breath, movement, balance and intention. Explore your body and take on new challenges with invitations to experiment with rapid movement through sun salutations and various asanas such as arms balance, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers, and more. Leave class in a better place of heart, mind and body.

Juicy Vinyasa Flow
